I am appalled at what happened at this Jiffy. I paid for the Signature Service Oil change, and became skeptical when after 5 minutes they told me they were finished. I specifically asked if the tire pressure was checked because I knew it was low, and they said yes. Once I left I was having doubts whether anything was done since some items that are standard in the Signature Service weren't completed: the windows, the floor vacuuming, no window cling to tell me when my next oil change was due...
I called the Jiffy Lube customer service number to say I was going to take it to another location. So two hours later I took my car to a Royal Oak location. Not only were they AMAZING, but they listed for me all of the things Oak Park didn't do: the chassis had 11 fittings that were not done, the differential was not checked, the power steering was low, the washer fluid was low, the radiator was a gallon low, the drain plug was loose, and the tires were at 25, not 35.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!!
