Cawood Auto offered to purchase my son's truck, and he accepted their offer. After three business days they decided that they no longer wanted the truck, and would not honor their commitment to purchase it. My son unfortunately had put a down payment on another vehicle, privately owned, so that he would not lose the vehicle to other interested parties. As a result, he has lost his down payment. He is a young adult, who does not make much money at his job, so this loss has hit him hard financially.
I will be/have been telling everyone I know to not deal with Cawood Auto. Good customer service means honoring your commitments. Bad news does travel fast!
