My doctor told me that the pharmacy would contact me to get insurance information, etc. After several days of not hearing from them, I initiated a call. I was told they were ""just going to call me"". They do not bill insurance companies and told me I would have to bill the company myself. I said that my doctor mentioned that they offer free delivery. Indeed they do, but they cannot tell you when they will deliver. Even after the several day wait, it would take yet another day for the prescription to be put up. I just found the company to seriously lack customer service skills. I am amazed that they stay in business when they refuse to bill insurance companies and cannot narrow down a delivery schedule at least as well as a cable tv company does.
