The first time I went here, my experience was without a hitch - decent prices, shirts done on time. The second time I went, I dropped off three things to get cleaned. When I went to pick them up the following week, I only got 2 of my things back. The shopkeeper didn't even tell me that my blouse was missing, but I noticed that one hanger was dubiously missing from the bundle. He told me that it was probably misplaced and kept blaming the situation on "the cleaning company." He told me to come back the next day to pick it up, but when I did, it still wasn't there. He again kept saying it was the cleaning company's fault and "what do you want me to do?" and how he couldn't get a hold of the cleaning company. So he told me to come back the NEXT day, but it STILL wasn't there. It only turned up a week after it was supposed to be there, AND he wouldn't offer me any compensation for the trouble. I would think that if you were running a business, you'd offer better customer service than blaming it on the other guy and then still taking a long time to locate a missing item. While the first visit was okay, after this incident, I would definitely not recommend them because if they lose your clothes, it seems as if they couldn't care less.
Pros: good location for Boston University, decent pricing
Cons: bad customer service!
