I absolutely love the products, but the return policy sucks. So, I went shopping there for new tights for my ballet class. I got bodywrappers tights, the A39 type. (micro fiber, back seam, convertible). But when I went home and open the tights, I noticed this strange fuzz off the end of the toe. So I stuck my toe through the convertible part, and tried it with my new shoes. The fuzz made my shoe feel cramped. I thought I could just cut the fuzz, but then I checked the waist band with my previous pair of tights. The waistband was way too small, so I decided to return them. After lunch, ( I got the tights in the morning) I went to their store again. I explained my predicament to the girl who was managing the store, and she said that she couldn't take them back on account of my foot being in the convertible part. So I brought my father to the store, thinking they'd listion to him, instead of a teenager. But the girl who was managing the store only got more tense, and started yelling at us. I understand that I couldn't exchange the tights, but I at least expect the service to be sorry they sold defective merchandise. But no. And since the owner wasn't there, the girl who was yelling at me was the temperay manager, which only makes her behavior even more apalling.
