We purchased a fairly expensive bed and paid $230 for delivery. We took a day off to receive the bed, but it was canceled a minute before the scheduled time. Not only did we waste our entire day, but a sales lady at the store told us they are not responsible for any problems with delivery since the store outsources the service. She was extremely rude and dismissive when I called the store (Store policy says: ""Delivery dates are firm ... failure to be home or to have adequate access to the delivery area may subject you to extra charges"". Obviously this does not apply the other way). She was the most abnoxious person I ever talked to. You will likely to pay thousands of dollars for what the store sells, but then they don't care as soon as they receive the money.
