Not willing to resolve issues. I purchased a full patio set and glider. Later I called the store to order additional pieces. When I received the chairs I ordered, they did not have seat cushions (even though I told the sales person that I wanted the same chairs I had previously ordered). I let the sales person know this and he told me he had forgotten to put the cushions on the invoice and to come back in the store to pick them up. When I came back in, the sales person said that he had made a mistake and I had to pay more to receive the cushions for these chairs even though I received them with my first purchase. When I talked to the manager about this, he said I could return the chairs but if I wanted cushions for the new order, I had to pay more for them.
