My wife used to work there and I have been in the facility many times. It's nasty, dingy and of you go tot he pool, look at the ceiling. it's caving in, in places and has obvious exposure to asbestos insulation. After the company went bankrupt and had to force sell-out to LiveRight, go figure why their business being so shoddy and pretentious!
After being sexually harassed, manipulated, lied to and called a cr00k (for taking her OWN DVD player home) and liar (about how she was trained - two years strong no complaints...?) in front of staff and clients alike, she (my wife) was forced to leave her position there she held for two years without so much as a blemish on her record there. She was also last to know out of all the employees about her hours being cut, about the transition from Excel to LiveRight, somehow being singled out but not the only one who has quit under the same pretense.
We'll be taking them to court on a number of civil charges, Those who previously worked for this company might want to take notice and join our class action suit.
LiveRight might have bought the company - but the dirt is still under Excel's nasty fingernails. I, personally, will see this through.

David Isabelle, who wrote the review below mine, is a supervisor at Excel, and is creepily posting reviews about the place he operates...? David, when I spoke to you on the phone, and the very disrespectful way you told me ""I would not get the information I wished to have about who currently owned Excel"", I wanted to you let your dumb@ss know, I just bought some filed paperwork from the County Court House with all the information, ""I wouldn't get"".
To everyone else looking for a spa, this man will lie to you like he has trained his staff. He thinks he can bully anyone cause he has a business. You will NOT disrespect my wife, my home and myself without repercussions. I promise you this. Filing a class action today. (BTW - the Unemployment Center is curious to how they are handling their business where employees are concerned. It is NOT the first time it has been brought to their attention, apparently)
