Employees seemed disinterested and annoyed about providing any help. The employee helping me personally could not print the sign I created correctly (it was a simple fix: automatically scaling the image file to fit the media). The other worker who helped her, instead of just fixing the problem, had to give an unwanted critique of my sign: ""The border (that was previously not printed correctly) is uneven anyway."" I didn't ask...but thanks for being so rude. Also, for $.59 a copy, one would think the signs would be printed perfectly. However, all 30 copies I bought were slightly misaligned on the page. Sometimes I think good customer service is nonexistent today. Go elsewhere for a good print service.
