The store (the system won't let me use the name of the store because apparently the store name contains an ""inappropriate"" word) may have some of the best fudge and truffles I have ever had, but customer service leaves much to be desired. I stopped by yesterday (Tuesday, September 11, 2007, around 5:00pm) to inquire about doing a customized piece with company logo for about 80 people. I was summarily dismissed with ""it's gonna cost you"" as if I was wasting their time. It was rude and uncalled for. There was no attempt to discuss what the store can do. He just looked as us as if we wouldn't be able to afford the $350.00 mold fee. I live just down the street and stop by often. The store has just told me it is not interested in my business.
