THE MANAGER, KYLE, called me (the customer) an A**HOLE!!! This is AFTER waiting 2 hours for an oil change!! I couldn't believe that A MANAGER could be belligerent, so I called the General Manager!
Here's my story: I had already been waiting an hour, when I started to notice other customers coming in AFTER me, and then leaving. When I asked them if they had an appointment, they told me NO!! So when I went inside to find out what the hold-up was & also confront them, they blatantly lied to my face & said, "Oh, they had an appointment!"
I, then, asked to speak with the manager, KYLE, and was appalled to find out that they NOT ONLY rifled through my car because they knew my employer information, but KYLE backed up the lie & then called me (the paying customer) an "A**HOLE!!"
After reading all the reviews on the internet, it boggles my mind that this place gets any rating at all!! They don't even deserve the 1&1/2 star rating!! (NOTE: I had to check 1 Star in order to post this review!)
HOW CAN THEY CONTINUE TO DO BUSINESS THIS WAY??!! With a name like "Midas," you would think you'd get decent service, but NOT HERE!!
AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE!! I am going to report them to the Better Business Bureau, and will negatively blog them ALL over the internet!!
ABSOLUTELY NO ONE DESERVES TREATMENT LIKE THAT!!!
