Good Morning, I find it hard to deal with a auto dealership that wants you to spend thousands of dollars on a car and then pinches pennies so much that makes me a customer feel like I am not worth anything. Let me give a few examples 1- wanted a bottle of water they brought me a cup of water from the water fountain but did after complainng about this receive a free bottle from a guy that had some in his fridge 2- the reason I wanted the water was its july and they have the air turned off so they can save money I heard this out of the younger Mr Praters mouth when someone asked him and 3- most dealerships I have called and talked with after buying my car said they have customer appreciation days and do things for their customers, I called my saleperson and asked him and he said its up to the salespeople to do things for their customers here as the dealership has no appreciation events etc. There that's my story
