I am just so glad I found Dr Onishi. I love that they are open 7 days a week and that I can be seen when I need to go to the doctor, rather than having to wait. They are so nice at the desk, and it feels more like a spa office than a dr office. Dr Onishi has excellent bed side manners: she listens, she is very friendly, and she actually takes the time with me. I have been seeing her and so has my fiance. I would recommend her to my friends for convenience and overall care! more

Front desk girl wasn't very friendly. I possibly broke my ankle and needed an x-ray. Maui Diagnostics is a totally separate business from them and they don't communicate with each other at all. There was no one to give me an x-ray because Maui Diagnostics was closed so I had to go in the next day. Dr Onishi only saw me for 5 minutes. She took a quick look at my ankle and told me to take ibuprofen and ice it. There were no crutches or a boot given. The nurse came in and wrapped my ankle with an ace bandage and that was it. All of this was on Monday. Today is Wednesday and their office still didn't have my x-rays to read when I called at 2pm. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND THEY DON'T HAVE ANY CONCERN WHATSOEVER FOR THEIR PATIENTS WELL BEING. more

I was vacationing on Maui and the first day I ended up scratching my cornea....after searching for the urgent care I found this place instead. I had no appointment but the staff took me anyway. I waited a short period of time and was seen by Christopher Apostolides who treated me and sent me on my way. All of the staff was friendly and helpful including the front desk. My wife broke her toe one day later so I took her here also. I made an appointment this time and even though it was busy in the office the wait was still not long.Christopher Apostolides now treated my wife's toe and sent us over to get the xrays in the same building. Both times the visits were great and we received prompt and courteous service. They don't take united healthcare (my wife's ins co.) but they gave us the paperwork to send in for compensation. ON MARCH 25,2009 MY HUSBAND AND I WENT TO THE CLINIC TO SEE A DOCTOR, WE MUST SAY THAT AMANDA AT THE FRONT DESK WAS THE MOST RUDEST WOMAN WE HAVE EVER MET. SHE DID NOT HAVE A CARING BONE IN HER BODY. AS SOON AS SHE KNEW WE WERE FROM CANADA SHE WAS IGNORANT. THE LAST THING WE WANTED ON OUR VACATION WAS TO SEE A DOCTOR, BUT HER ATTITUDE WITH IT WAS THE TOPPING. Aloha, Pros: Be great if they had a TV, the always run a little behind more

Last August my daughter fell off her mountain bike while we were on vacation. Paramedics recommended the doc at this clinic so we drove over. Doc and nurse were FANTASTIC people. HOWEVER! the front staff was either too busy to handle the stress or just annoyed in general. Billing also is a huge nightmare - this is July, almost a year after the fact, and I am still fighting between the insurance company and their billing department (which isnt the same location). They are slow as molasses! Highly recommend the medical staff and highly discourage Blue Cross insurance claims. Pay cash and forget about the insurance company! more
