The only thing you need to know before ordering food at Da Kitchen is that the individual portions will easily serve two people. We had the chicken and rice, and had more than enough for a snack later. The service is good, and they very much appreciate a good tip. The quality of food is far above what you might expect for a ""fast food"" place, so don't let the spare surroundings fool you. This is a locals place, with very tasty local cuisine, and best of all, easy on your budget (when you get sick of being gouged at such Maui ""legends"" like Mama's Fish House (see my review of that joint).
