The worse services ever. The staffs and doctor Steuve's assistance are mean and f*king lazy, I really pissed off about the way they working, they should get fired. The doctor said that I can not work in months, but my insurance company and my work company need the proof document/ paper from the doctor , so I can have a sick- day off with paying, The doctor's assistance told me to go home and she will mail the document to my home, but it'd been more than a week already and I dont receive anything, I called back and only the phone lady can talk to me, she told me to leave a message then they will return my call rigth after she done with the patience. I left 2 message and wait hours for them to return my call, but hear nothing, I call back and asked if I can come and pick up now, and was told that she's not done with the paper untill 4:00 pm, I asked them to fax it to me or I will go there to pick it up at 4:00pm, they said they will fax it, I dont want to wait another week for the mail, because my work company won't pay me if they dont have the paper from the doctor now, so I wait till 4:45pm and dont receive anything, I called back and was told that she'll mail it, because the fax didnt go through, what the???? How could the fax machine doesnt go through her document only while it's still always work with everyone else. I use it all the time ,receive the fax, send the fax, nothing wrong with it, ok but if you can't fax it, can I come and get it, the phone lady was gave me a attitude , saying that they will mail it, ... but when???they said they mailed it the last time but I didnt receive in almost 2 weeks untill today I called and was told that it's not done untill 4:00. I dont want any delay on the mail because it's almost holidays now, I said I will come now or tomorrow to pick it up, but they dont let me, she yelled: '' mem, you called alot today , ok? I dont want to talk about this anymore, I dont care , you had called too much...ect..."" I keep saying that my company need it now, so I'll come and pick it up, she keeps yelling the same thing on my face, I said I'll file a complaint about this, she doesnt care , then she put the phone away and hung up. Is that how the hospital do business?? paying for some lazy asses to communicate with the customer??? If they have done their job, then I wouldn't bother to wasted my whole day to call , just to tell them I need a paper., and end up got yelled and pissed off. I'm not go to the doctor visit for free, I paid for it. and now all I get is their laziness and attitude?? a WORSE SERVICE, they have to be fired. the number that I called is 404-256-2633, peachtree neurosurgery. thumb down.
