I have ordered from this restaurant on previous occassions and never had a problem with my order. Today I attempted to order a hamburger and wished to substitute nachos and cheese for the fries, which I believe to be the worst fries in Atlanta. I have never had a problem with this until now. The girl on the phone told me I could not do this, so I asked to talk to her manager, Brett. Brett told me that he owned 43% of the restaurant and he was not capable of making the substitution either. His reasoning was that he did not know the cost difference to charge me for making the substitution. I informed him that I was willing to pay a couple of extra dollars for the cost of 2 oz of cheese. About the size of a souffle cup. Again he told me that this would not be possible. So instead of making a sale and keeping the customer happy and coming back he was more concerned about the cost of his cheese. Not only did they lose my business but also any future referral business. Terrible customer service. I will not be ordering from Wing Factory again.
