I rented my son's tux from the Gwinnett Place Mall location. When we picked up the tux on Friday the pants, shirt, and vest were all too big. We had to come back the next day to get replacements. On Sunday I returned the tux to the NorthPoint Mall location for my son who was sleeping. Withiin an hour after returning the tux, my son advised me that he had almost $100 cash in the jacket pocket. I immediately called the store. The staff was not very helpful and not very encouraging, basically telling me there was no hope of getting the money back. I know we can't be the first person to leave something valuable in a tux. They didn't even ask for our order information to try and locate the correct jacket.
When we talked to the warehouse the next day, the lady was helpful and promised to have the warehouse manager look for it. But no one ever called back. After calling the warehouse back on Tuesday, we were told the jacket was found, but ... Surprise, Surprise!...NO CASH! It is so disappointing that there is no honesty anymore.
