After my closest LA Fitness only offered one kickboxing class a week I could attend after work, I found this little gem in Buckhead! They have different membership levels based on how many times per week. It's totally worth every penny to release stress on a bag, burn calories and build muscle.
After taking kickboxing for a little over a year, I tried the 8 free karate classes that come with your kickboxing membership and just kept going. A year and a half later, I am a full-fledged karate student! I'm proof that it's never too late (or, you're never too old) to start a martial art. And, if you do... I recommend Atlanta Kick.
