In honor of a close family friend, my law firm ordered a special arrangement to be delivered to a local funeral home. Order was placed 36 hours prior to the wake. Incredibly, order was lost/misplaced. When Florist was contacted, the error was reluctantly admitted with a promise for swift redelivery before the funeral. Only after a long silence was it agreed that Florist would comp. order. One might suppose lightning wouldn't strike twice!! When recontacted, Florist alleged that Funeral Home lost arrangement (right!!!) but, that if we got a bill we could just disregard it! ( Ya think??) The proprietor was callous, rude.... I would go to Kroger & purchase an arrangement and carry it myself before I'd consider using this Florist in the future!! Bitten Twice!!

Cons: Failed to deliver goods/rude & offensive when confronted
