I have been a client for trade secret quite some time. My son wanted to get a hair cut. We walked into the salon and we were met by a very nice blonde girl who i explained too that my son needed a hair cut. She then referred me to one of her stylist. The stylist came to us and was very rude and short. I then went on to explain to her that i wanted to get a hair cut to my son. She rudely answered that she did not have time at the moment to cut my sons hair and to come back in half an hour because she was too busy to consider my son. At this time i had became very irritated with her attitude and we ended up going to another salon in the mall to get my sons hair cut. I feel that this experience has significantly hurt my chances of ever returning to any of your stores. I DO NOT complain often but i felt that this brief moment of embarrassment and arrogance to be enough for me to take time out of my busy schedule as a prosecuting attorney to inform you of this matter. I can't speak on behalf of every customer she has dealt with my job has taught me not to speculate, but this experience we had with this stylist was in blatant terms just bad. Reevaluate your employees and this shouldn't happen again. Thank you for your time and understanding towards this matter.
