As an auto repair shop owner, this is hands down the WORST dealership parts department I have ever used! 9 time out of 10 they don't even answer the phone, it goes to voicemail. If you are lucky enough that they answer the phone when you call, after a lenghty wait time on hold, rest assured they will find a way to mess up the order. EVERY time we use them, they either don't send the part, send the wrong part or give incorrect information regarding wait time on the part. I have even had the manager of the parts department drop the ball, if he can't get it right, then who? Save yourself time, money and mostly your sanity, use another dealership!
