This aging giant is located right down town. Its one saving grace is that it's more affordable for the non-Fortune 500 company business types and budget-minded families since the other hotels downtown are much more up$cale; like the new Marriott, and the Hyatt and Wyndham.
But, this place has gone too long between refurbishings. It is approaching ""run-down"" but it's not quite there yet. Affordable shouldn't mean sub-standard and this one is. Fabulous location tho', right on river.
Pros: Good downtown spot, Large hotel, Service passable
Cons: $6 per day parking, Understaffed
