WORST SHOP IN BRANDON !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 5/4/2012

These guys are so bad I told them what the problem was that I had with my truck including problem code, and they still miss coded it. I am upset with them because they charged me almost 300 dollars to work on it and the problem still was there after i pulled out with the vehicle. I would like to get my money back and they won't give me my money back. I am very upset with the fact they won't give me what I want. I really hope that this helps u make up ur mind if you want to go here or not. more

Avoid if looking for a complete repair... 9/20/2011

We recently had a truck's ball joints and front end bushings replaced here as well as an alignment. All seemed fine for the first maybe 50 miles. First, we were told that the brake pads were a few months from possible replacement... not the case. They started squeeling here. We have now put no more than 65 miles on the vehicle since the ""repair"" and the front rotors need replacing from the caliper, not pads, caliper, rubbing the rotor. Odd, right? less than a week after being told months and our squeel indicators have already expired? So I go to replace the pads and find yet another completly ignored issue... Now the truck is on jack stands because the front wheels both have 3-4 inches of play at the 9-3 o'clock from the wheel bearings being torn apart. Now, I do understand these are all wear and tear items, but what kind of supposedly expert repair service can do an alignment on such bad parts and not notice? (We drive this car only to work locally and rarely does it see higher than 45mph, so aggressive driving is not by any means the cause) Even more rediculous, these are not expensive parts, maybe a total of $40 worth of parts that they could have milked another couple hundred out of us for, but instaed, they ignored a very vital couple of parts in the automotive area that they are supposed to be the best available for, nearly causing a far more serious problem, like a serious accident because a 4500 pound truck that can't steer or stop... more

I call B.S. 5/11/2011

I called ahead of time to see if they had a used tire in my size, they had one that was ten off. I told them that I was having front end issues and that I didn't think that would be a good idea. They tell me that they will swap it onto the back and check out the car to see why it's wearing my tires down. I show up and stand and wait for ten minutes all the while being ignored by the attendant on the phone having a personal conversation. They finally attend to me and forty-five minutes later they tell me that they have the tire on the car but that they couldn't check the alignment without the proper sized tire on the car. I'm flabbergasted because I didn't even want to get the wrong sized tire to begin with but because they lured me in with the hope of diagnosing the issue I agreed. When I asked what I should do in the mean time that same attendant told me to go buy a tire in the correct size and have my alignment checked. If my ten year old daughter hadn't been with me I would have demanded that they take their ill-sized tire off of my car and put the donut back on. They aren't the only used-tire place in town. more

Vehicle manufacturers recommend to replace your timing belt at different mileage intervals, every vehicle has a different requirement. I am not quite sure which safety inspection you purchased but our premium package comes with a service mileage interval checklist. The checklist would tell what the manufacturer recommends or recommended to keep your vehicle maintained. Most vehicle require the valve cover to be removed in order to see the timing belt. more

Absolutely terrible 6/11/2010

One star is too much for these guys. I had them look at a car I was going to buy to make sure everything was working okay and there wasn't too much that would I would need to replace. First of all they were extremely rude and pretty much blew me off and second they told me there was no problems with the car. So I payed 5000 for this car. A week later it won't start so I take it back there, spend 375 to get it fixed and they say everything is still fine. I take it to another mechanic, he takes one look at it, and sees chunks missing from the timing belt. I will never go back to Olin Mott again. Cons: Everything more
