This morning i called Party city to see if they had any over the hill inflattables. A guy name Jared answered the phone, and asked how can he help me. I asked him if they had any inflattable items in stock being that i was driving from plant city. He put me on hold for 19 minutes, which i already started driving there because i took an early break just to rush there, and i was just praying that they would have it in stock. I was 5 minutes away when someone finally picked up, and ask if they can help me again. it was not jared this time, and i expressed to the guy at this time that i have been on hold for 19 minutes waiting to see if they had any over the hill inflattables in stock, he then put me on hold for two minutes, and said yes the do. At this point i'm already pulling into the parking lot. I requested the manager's name just so i can show him my phone and how long i was on hold for, when the store is not even busy. It's 9:25am in the morning. I go inside, and ask to see a manager. Bryan comes out, and i say hello to him, and he just nodded his head like he was already annoyed. I then expressed to him that i was a little upset coming from Plant city, and i was put on hold for 19 minutes and now being in the store it shows that it's not that busy at all. I just wanted him to know that i felt that his employee was not properly trained, and the whole time i am talking to him he is just saying mmm hmm, and ok and not once apologized for the employee actions. He then rolled his eyes at me, and walked away as if this happened to him. I was never asked if i can be helped with anything, and Jared the employee was standing right behind me, because i heard them call his name out for someone who was there looking for him. The other employees were laughing like it was a joke, and above all that i still spent $35 there. Not once did i see him approach Jared, and i was in the store for a good 15 minutes seeing Jared do nothing, but talk to the other employees. If i had more time i would of went someone else. I have managed places, and i am currently mananaging where i work, and this is something i would of addressed to my employee, and aplologize to the customer. I felt that Bryan was rude, and not professional at all. I was simply looking to hear an apology, and it was never given. I will never go back there!!!!
