Went here for brunch last Saturday morning. Parking is a bit of a hassle and there was a little bit of a wait but, over all, nothing too bad. Our waitress (Jordan) wasn't the greatest. She didn't check back often enough and told us our food was coming soon, when we had already eaten. But the food is pretty good. You have to try the Breakfast Bruschetta and House Shaker. My bf had the French Platter, which he seemed to thoroughly enjoy. Ask for something other than potatoes as your side, though, as they taste frozen and aren't very good. They also have a brunch special of $5 Mimosas. more

Very few places in Miami welcomes you and your dog. They are dog friendly and even bring your dog fresh ice water in a dog bowl! Ambiance is earthy and the lounge music fits perfectly. The bar area is interactive, perfect if dining alone. Great drink specials and great energy all around! I recommend the pumpkin ravioli. Yum! more

Nice relaxed atmosphere. I had the goat cheese wrap, which was good. This is a great place to go with friends & just hang out. more

The food is great...the service on point...the drinks strong. However, they're Thursday & Friday Night Happy Hour takes the Cake! Disco lights, lasar lights and great music makes me happy. Throw in great food and drinks and I think I'm in Heaven! more

Best Pizza in Miami 8/13/2011

I tried one of their pizzas the other day and it was amazing. I've been on a diet almost all my life so when I found out i could have whole wheat instead of white I was excited. They don't even charge extra for that. Not to mention that they are thin crust and have so many fresh toppings that are different from other places. I can't wait to go back and have more pizza on my naughty days. more

Great neighborhood restaurant 8/8/2011

Relaxed atmosphere, friendly staff, and really good food had me really enjoying my meal here. A delicious brunch (with $4 mimosas) and the great atmosphere will definitely have me coming back here often. more

You gotta try the Fiochetti di Pera, super addictive! During my visit at Berries this past Tuesday for $10 Pasta Tuesday I had an amazing dinner. The service was great just like the food. For dessert I had their homemade carrot cake, which was to die for! They go from 4 stars to 5 stars because they have their own parking lot & free wifi. Thanks Berries ; ) more

TERRIBLE 6/28/2011

Service is poor. Food terrible....worse after I found out they failed their health inspection and had rat dropping and a serious roach problem. Will not return. more

I tried this place out with two friends for brunch on a Sunday, and while the atmosphere is nice and the service is good, the food is hit or miss. At best, our plates were as good as a Marriott Courtyard continental breakfast. The sausage and omelet was good, the belgian waffle was a bit overcooked, the eggs were also overcooked and lacked seasoning and the potatoes (homefries) were a bit soggy from sitting out too long. It's doubtful that i would return, not when so many other restaurants can get breakfast, the easiest meal of the day to prepare, right. more

Wonderful atmosphere, nice local hangout...went there for both dinner and lunch...tuna pita was amazing, and the tortilini was out of this world...my husband recommends the skirt steak! We will definitely be back :-) more

The chicken house special was excellent, grilled to perfection and very tender. The barbecue chicken pizza was ok, as the chicken was rather soggy. The chicken in the house salad was cold, but otherwise tasty. The service was good, not the fastest however. Overall a great restaurant for the family. more

Their happy hour is great! $5 off house wines and 1/2 off pizzas and paninis are the way to go. Try the prosciutto pizza. Check out the happy hour specials here. more

I remember when Berries was nothing but a hole in the wall where that served up healthy tuna salad on pita bread with alfalfa sprouts and smoothies. \r \r Their locale and menu have grown up without loosing the Old Grove hippie soul. Their smoothies have not--too bad. \r \r Fabulous place to have Sunday brunch. Great french toast and eggs benedict. Added benefits are that fido can join you (so long as he/she is leashed), and outdoor seating means my husband can smoke. \r \r 27th avenue can be a little loud for an outdoor place. But its tolerable since its centrally located more

Pizza, veggie, steak. Pasta, salads, wraps & sandwiches.\r Nice backyard, ok service, fair price.\r My favorite is the Skirt steak with aspargos, blue cheese and potatoes. \r Bring a pillow so you can seat higher than the table! The chairs are very low. more

Consistent food, never a long wait for food...regularly go to brunch...recently had a server, Alex I think, that was fantastic on both occasions. more
