I had the misfortune of being represented by Mr. Muench and he did more harm than good. He was paid a substantial retainer fee and then requested more and more...you know the drill. Anyway, he was not prepared for my trial and forgot to bring to court several of the legal documents and papers needed.
The judge asked Mr. Muench and the opposing attorney to submit a final document summarizing their clients needs etc. The judge gave them 2 weeks. Mr. Muench never sent his documentation in and never returned my calls. I had no idea how the judge ruled .
Since , I lived out of state my sister had to drive to Muench's office and wait for two hours to see him. He told her my outcome but amazingly couldn't find my file anywhere.
He is very unprofessional and I wouldn't refer my worst enemy to him .
