Great video Games, Terrible customer service( RUDE) 9/9/2007

I Love playing video games. Been doing it ever since i was a Child playing atari. The one thing I really dont like about EBX is thier customer service. I went this morning September 10, 2007, the worst assistance I ever had in my life. This is a question to the people who do the hiring. Do you even interview these people, or do you just hiring them off the streets. I was going to buy 4 video games for x-box 360, Not only did he take forever doing what ever was more important than taking care of the customer(ME, tHE ONLY CUSTOMER IN THE STORE) after he finally rang me up, he then asks me for I.D., I show him my Italian Passport and tells me he can't accept this form of I.D. What the hell is going on? Is this what I have to deal with from now on? I don't have any other form of I.D.? Am I wrong or am I right? So, after this mornings events, I give the Ebx In Stamford ,CT 2 Thumbs down. Sorry bout that Ebx, I didn't ask for this , I just wanted to buy some video games............ Pros: Great games Cons: Bad customer service more

  • In Short
In 2005, GameStop merged with EB Games, also known as Electronics Boutique and EBX, to offer video games, consoles and accessories at more than 4,400 stores worldwide. These stores--some with multiple locations in a single mall--feature floor-to-ceiling displays of new and pre-owned games for Xbox, Wii, PlayStation and PC systems. Children and adults can be found hypnotically in awe, playing recent releases at in-store gaming kiosks or browsing through books, magazines, DVDs and CDs.
