I have been doing business with Wolf Camera on S. Havana for years and have spend thousands of dollars on cameras, lenses and other equipment. I always work with the same sales person. I went in to exchange a $100 tripod that broke. I bought it about four months ago and only started using it about three weeks ago. The sales person can confirm that I bought it at this store. I didn't have a receipt. According to the manager, no receipt - no exchange. For a tripod that was worth about $50 to the store, they have lost my future business.
Cons: Poor Customer Service - I won't be back
