A Front Line Pest Control Svc

I called this company honestly because I liked the Name, I heard many stories about these big guys is all they want to do is impress you on the suit and tie look. I want a pest control company , a real pest man , Not a fashion show to come do my job and try to impress me and flaunt his sales skills on hooking me into some month to month contract I dont want (cant afford) or even need for some ants and a Rat problem starting from the new construction site a block up from my house. Pros: Very nice and did not push me into a contract I dont need Cons: Missed appointment by an hour , but everyone does sometimes more

Extremely disappointing. While he came out for the initial appointment promptly, the gopher bait he used was something new he wanted to try and it did not work. The gopher was destroying my yard. I called him for a follow up and to ask if he would come back to take care of the problem, unfortunately because I already had paid him he did not return my call. I made many attempts to reach him over a one week period and he ignored my requests to rectify the problem. Bottom line, never trust this guy, once he has your money it's all over. Also, his business card states he is a licensed, bonded and insured contractor, however the California State License Board has NO record of this guy. Pros: Came out quickly to get his check Cons: No results, no call back to rectify the problem. more

This pest control does not do the job at all.It's almost like the guy mentioned in the review before me,just comes in and sprays a little to make it seem like he did it and everything is takin' care of.But he only sprays the side of the dishwasher,and the sides of the cabinets.He's done this probably twice in the last two months.One time he sprays all of the cabinets,but doesn't work at all.Also,he tells me that it's ok that my son,he's a toddler, stays in the apartment while he sprays,and I asked him,and he says it's totally fine. I left anyways,because I didn't believe him.The sucky part is he's the go-to-person for the apartment complex.He also told our neighbors downstairs that he knows where the problem's at and he'll take care of it.I know that the economy isn't great but it doesn't mean that people have to do stingy things to get income.This guy is not thinking about the things we have to deal with in our home.I usually don't complain,but it's really hard not to when you have a pest problem. Absolutely awful. Stay away from this guy. One of the worst service (or no service) I ever had. Came first time on Thu afternoon for estimate. Very smooth talker. We liked him and he agreed to come next day. Next day he sends his friend who does not agree to half of the agreements and we had to turn this friend down. We said we want Tony to do the job. This friend agreed to convey as much. Did not hear back from Tony again. After leaving several messages we got hold of him by phone. He promised to come next day. He never did. Another week goes by, calling him several times and leaving messages once he picked up the phone. Again said will come next day. Pretends we never had the conversation one week ago. Again no show. After several calls for an explanation he says I should find some one else. He must have got his friends to write other 5 star reviews. I do not know about his work. Seems very unreliable. Don't do business with this guy. I did not have this bad an experience with any other business before. If I could anything less than 1 star I would have done so. Pros: None. Cons: Total waste of time. more
