I was rudley accused of stealing on April 6 at store #3331. I was in my car when i saw this man taking my lic#, I thought to my self why is he doing that, did i hit his car, Then he went back to the store. So i called the store to ask what was that and if they knew that man. The respond was oh we thought you took something from the store,did not ask can i see your receipt for the items, which they should have first. They were very rude and not professional. I work in retail and i would never do that to a customer. i will never recommend my friends to this store. the only person that was so nice was the clerk that helped me out. she was sweet. he took my lic# if i didn't stop what would had happen He was soo close to me why didnt he ask me. sorry you need to change you proceedures of stealing or think they took something more

Although Milpitas doesn't have many arts and crafts stores, Michael's Arts and Crafts is a great place to shop. They have weekly deals which makes shopping inexpensive. Also, I recommend their framing service. I had many custom frames done and I was satisfied with the service. more

The Michaels in Milpitas is huge has a great selection of Arts and Crafts items. There are sales every week and they almost always have coupons in their weekly flier. The staff is very friendly and is happy to help you find whatever you are looking for. The store is usually very organized and there is plenty of parking in front of the store. The prices are about the same than other arts & crafts stores in the area. The sales are always worth checking out and you can get real bargains. more

This Michaels in Milpitas is very good because they have very cheap items. Whenever I go there, they always have sales, and I love that. The sales associates are really nice and help me find whatever I need since their store is really big. Sometimes their stuff is unorganized, but they still have everything that I need. Overall, I love this store, but wish that it would be more neater! more

the picture framing lady made a mistake with my picture frame. instead of apologising and fixing/redo the job, she said my picture was wrong. i got custom framing, the custom means the frame is custom made for my picture, how can my picture be wrong. i wouldn't go there for picture framing, i had a bad experience. the rest of the store is ok. more
