The facility is huge and used to be a high school, which explains the huge outdoor track, pool, racquetball courts, and dozens of classrooms. I am a member of the tri-team and the training times are perfect for my schedule: M/W/F @ 6am. Monday is swim day, Wednesday is spin/biking, and Friday is running on the track (paired with either a bike or a swim). The biking and running coaches are awesome (though I can't say the same about the high school swim coach). Would recommend this class to anyone looking to train for a triathlon or just stay in shape!
