The service at this office is abysmal. My wife, when trying to get in for an appointment on Christmas eve for what appeared to be strep throat, was refused an appointment despite the fact that the doctor had an open slot. The staff said it was because the doctor didn?t want to have back to back appointments. I will never return to this office. You get treated like you are calling some shoddy call center, not a doctor's office.
Cons: Seems to be no interest in patient welfare
