We scheduled with this service, after much rearranging of our workdays. I left my credit card on file, as requested, since there is a 48 hour cancellation policy. I was clear that a cancellation on my part would mean the $200 fee would end up on my credit card. An hour and a half before they were supposed to clean, we got cancelled because, the receptionist Kaylee told us, ""we sent the cleaners home otherwise they would be sitting around for an hour with nothing to do"". So much for the very one-sided cancellation policy. Apparently an afternoon of our time taken off from work doesn't figure into their cancellation policy. I hope I never hear of this place again.
