Terrible overal buying experience. Total of three rings purchased. Two of the three were a postiive experience, but on the third, it was my wife's wedding ring. We ordered it in July, and then began the frustrating run around with the ring not being ready. They made it in white gold, we ordered it in platinum, weeks later the ring was the wrong shape, we asked if they had the ability to actually make the ring, and they were questionable. Finally, months....after the wedding....we asked for a refund on the one ring and they refused. As of December, no ring, no refund.
They don't return calls and they have terrible customer service.
