My experience with Hill & Co;. was a great experience, They made everything so easy in taking care of our rental. They provided statements that made it so easy for tax purposes. They were always there for any maintenance problem that the tenant had. I would definitly contact them again. Thank you again Hill & Co. more

I cannot say enough GOOD things about Mike Rochefort. He has found excellent renters for me in the past eleven years. I see my neighbors periodically that live close to 1674 Alex. Court. My neighbors are always impressed with the people that are renting my house. Keep up the good work. I will always recommend your company. more

VERY HAPPY with them!!! 6/23/2011

We have rented a townhome from Hill and CO and I cannot say enough great things about them. Henry and his staff are so polite and friendly. When we moved in we saw all the great improvemnets thet had made from the new stove top to the additional lighting in the stairwell and the new flooring in the kitchen and bathrooms. we had one issue so far with some plumbing and broken window, I called henry 1st thing in the morning and by the time I got home BOTH items were resolved. VERY HAPPY with them!!! Maybe the reason other people had problems with them was because they themselves were the problem... more

Our experience with hill and co has been a very good one 3/22/2011

Our experience with hill and co has been a very good one. When called to say we might be leaving once our lease expired due to financial reasons they took the time to hear us out and offered to lower our rent for us to stay. We do enjoy being tenants here. more

We had a nice time in the duplex 3/2/2011

We had a nice time in the duplex on McClellan. Repairs when requested were timely and effective, and office staff was considerate and friendly. An improvement to the unit would be double pane windows, which would incur savings on the heating/cooling expense and reduce noise levels: heavy trucks travel by in the early morning. more

As a property owner, the people from Hill & Company are really great. They find good tenants who respect my property and keep in clean and in good condition. My place looks better than it did when I lived there. They have top notch connections to maintenance people who have done great work at very reasonable prices, and they make all the arrangements unlike other property managers. I have used these guys for many years, and I have researched property managers far and wide more
