Please when you read this trust me in saying that this sushi place should be shut down. This restaurant is horrible and we were mislead by the above comments. We arrive at the restaurant and to our suprise smelled like bleach! We than sit down and notise the late age of the chairs, a watress that slams teac on the table and a sushi chef who was in the middle of mopping the floors. My fridn goes to the resproom and noticed that it was the " worst smell of pooh of any restroom in the world." I also noticed that the fish was dull collored and looked as it if was bought at the grocery store. Needless to say, we ran out screaming the poeple were trying to drink their selection of coke sprite and water. PLEASE TRUST ME DO NOT GO!!!! It looked like a scene from texas chain saw massacre. Pros: NOTHING Cons: EVERYTHING more

This is easily one of my favorite restaurants in the bay area. I met my wife at Midori on a blind date. I proposed to here there, and we had our wedding banquet there too! Jeff, Minnie, Helen, and Carrie are all very attentive to their customers. Jeff came in on his day off to congratulate us at our wedding banquet; Minnie personally decorated the entire back room with beautiful flowers arrangements, lots of balloons, and traditional Asian figurines. I've been eating at Midori for well over 5 years and I haven't noticed any drop-off in quality of food or service in that span. The staff is courteous, prompt, and lively. I can honestly say I find the restaurant to be fairly priced. *If you are of drinking age* treat yourself, and ask Jeff to set you up a sake bomb! This restaurant is extraordinary! Pros: Entertaining, Romantic, Family oriented more

Midori provides our family with a very fine dining experience. When I first entered the the restaurant, I was well received by the manager. Her name is "Minnie". Believe me, her warm reception was well worth it. I have been to many restaurants, and none can matchs the warm smile that Midori provides me. The food is exquisite. I especially enjoy the "Shashimi"; it's FRESH and YUMMY!!! I just took my girlfriend on this Valentine's day, and eventhough it's busy. But, I still think the interior decoration is very beautiful, and romantic. It's great place to host any celebration. The Chef worked very hard on that night to make our dining experience fabulous. Pros: Warm/Friendly, Good Food Cons: None more
