Recently HDB Electronics billed a $208.58 charge to my card that I never made. After going through all the headache and hassle of the credit card company to get the phone number for this company, the employee and the ownwer treated me as if I had done something wrong. It took them two days and three phone calls from me for them to get back to me, only to be rude and curse at me. The owner never appoligized for this inconvience, but he did tell me that his company typed in one wrong number of the credit card and thats how my card got billed. When asked how he was going to compensate me for all of my aggravation, he replied by saying I am not going to do s*** for you, you f****** b****", and then proceded to hang up. I am not sure how anyone else would react to this situation, but last time I checked this is no way to run a business. I guess just beware of all charges on any credit card that may not be yours, because this company freely bills things to anyones card and has no remorse. I suppose the owner has never heard of an appoligy!
