I brought my 2004 Mazda for repairs after an accident, and they kept making errors and delaying when my car would be ready. They told me it would be done by a certain date, then on that day, I would hear nothing from them until I called them, only to have them say, ""Oh we forgot to order another part, so it'll take another 3 days for the part to come in and 2 days to install it."" Eventually I complained after a MONTH (delayed 2 weeks) and said that they should either pay for my car rental or give me a loaner car b/c the delay was directly caused by their error. Initially when I went in by myself (I am female), they refused, but then I came in again with my boyfriend, and they conceded. Terrible! So they gave me a loaner car. I drove it for a week and I got pulled over by a cop who said the car was not registered!!! The cop said legally he was supposed to tow it on the spot! But after he saw the paperwork that I got the car from the dealership, he told me to drive straight to the dealership and complain to them, which is what I did. I was furious, and only then did they get me a rental car (that they would pay for) and they would deduct my previous rental car payments (about $200) from my deductible. It took them nearly 2 months to fix my car and the service was just TERRIBLE. Completely misleading in their estimated times, not honest to their customers, and giving their customers illegal cars to drive?! NEVER again. NEVER. STAY AWAY from the Magnussen's Fremont Ford Nissan Mazda!
