Fix Auto Daly City

DO NOT DO BUSINESS w/ this dealership nor the VW in Hayward. They sell FAULTY CARS and are LIARS. They are taking advantage of me because I am a female and Asian. The negotiation was done in Hayward and the car was in Daly City. They didn't even bring the car to me. I had to go to Daly City to get it. They were selling me a car that was defective. When I went to Daly City to pick up the car, it did not start . After the 4th try, it was shaking. They said they were going to put it through a PDI Test. I told them I want another car, they said they'll run a test and it will be fine. The next day when they said it would be ready, the finance manager told me that there is a hole in the hose and they need to replace it . It wouldn't be ready after 3 days. I asked again for another car, he said no. They are going to fix it which is under factory warranty. WHY WOULD A BRAND NEW CAR NEED TO BE FIXED????? more

Extremely upset and disappointed with the Finance Manager. He is rude, dishonest, and selfish as the Finance Manager and Owner in VW Hayward. Cons: Poor Service more

I brought my Jetta into their service deptartment to have my dashlights fixed. They fixed the dashlights but messed up the wiring to the heater fan, the windsheild wipers and the sunroof. When I brought my car back in to inform them of the situation, they blamed it on me and said they were not related! I now have to pay another dealership hundreds of dollars to fix their mistake. Do not go to this shop! Cons: Irresponsible mechanics, took forever to diagnose problem, unreasonable results more

i had a terrible experience and will never, ever, ever use them again. there is too much to say, but the short story is....i had my car towed out of their service department and took it somewhere else to finish the job, and finish it right. that's my own experience. more

I brought my car in for a repair, so I was just dealing with the service department. There was nothing good about my experience. I have NEVER felt so ripped off in my life!!!!!! I have never written a bad review for anything before now, but the service department at this pace is so bad I felt I had to. more
