If the other reviewers didn't make it clear, Bay Area Appliance is absolutely THE WORST. I have never dealt with anything like it and it's amazing to me that they are still in business. A dishwasher problem took five months to resolve and ended with the manufacturer making good for all of the expenses and inconvience we encountered at the hands of BAP. We experienced unreturned calls, technicians doing work that wasn't necessary, inappropriate billing, staff turnover, and often rude treatment. By all means, pass them by!
Cons: poor service, rude employees, unresponsive, incorrect billing, the worst customer service ever!
