I am new to the area and recently purchased a house with a pool. Having no prior pool experience I called J&S to have a filter cleaning service. During the service, the technician was having trouble. He called in for additional help over his two way phone. The response from the office was "Are they a regular customer?" Luckily, the tech got the problem fixed on his own. Since I wasn't a "regular" customer, they had no desire to assist. Adding insult to injury, my filter was not sealed properly, air was leaking in, and they did not return my call to fix the problem. I finally called after not hearing from them and I was told they will get to it when they can. If I do require a pool service in the future I certainly would not consider this company.
Pros: None that I can tell.
Cons: Poor customer relations.
