This company has always been mediocre at best. Their dial-up is slow and at least half again more expensive than can be obtained elsewhere. Service goes down periodically. Apparently they haven't bothered to purchase a back-up generator. For four or five cents more a month one can get high-speed from AT&T as at least one of TCSNs employees does.
They tout "customer service" yet they won't even look at laptops. After several years of doing business with them one customer was referred to authorities after a minor altercation. Employees then resorted to lies and exaggeration in attempting to make their case.
Company employees, along with owner Arnie Fitton, seem to have mastered the art of pretending to be upstanding local citizens while practicing their own actuality of being vindictive liars.
The point of this review is the suggestion that no one should do business with them.
Pros: if it's all you can get, better than nothing
Cons: bad people who have no problem with lies. no tech backup when something goes wrong
