Brought in phones for repair under repair plan. Was told new phones would be in within a day or two. It's a week later, and not only do I not have phones, they still don't know when they'll be in. They pacify their customers by saying they should be in the next day, and they ""try"" to figure out what's going on, but all they are really doing is making excuses. They promise to call with updates, but NEVER call. They staff lies and says that coworkers aren't there, when they are. When I dropped off the phones for repair, it took them 45 minutes to get one of them in the system. I gave up waiting on the other one and asked them to just call me. I asked for a receipt for the phones and they didn't have one. Just one excuse after another. \r
This is the second time we've had trouble with this store. I gave them the benefit of the doubt the first time, but I now see this is just the way they do business.\r
Don't bother giving them your business. Find a reputable company that cares about customer service.
