This was one of the single most horrible, unprofessional and worst experiences I have ever had with a business. We dealt with Luis, the preparations were fairly easy, but after that getting my loved one cremated took OVER a month and countless calls. I would offer help to move the process along any way I could and was tolf ""it's in the works"". The family and I would never get any calls back after leaving messages or if Luis did happen to answer the main line I would constantly be told ""it’s in the works"" , approximately how long ""it's in the works"". When asking how long the process would take we were always brushed off ""call next week"" or ""we are busy with the holidays"" or “it’s in the works” or “we (Accord) have to follow up by fax, we don’t make calls”. We were even told as far as the actual cremation ""we have 30 people here its first come first serve"" and to remember ""we are low cost facility”. So my loved one sat in a freezer for over 30 days. Once he did get released to the crematorium I asked how long it would take, Luis' answer ""I don't know, depends how busy they are"". I asked in his experience how long 3 days, 1 month? The response “I don’t' know"" and “call back tomorrow.” We never even knew what day he was actually cremated. Such disrespect for someone who has passed and these worthless and unprofessional comments I received EVERYTIME I called. I did check around after and cremation runs $600 around everywhere, I wish we had gone to a facility of people that cared and were knowledgeable.
