I took my brand new Audi to Mike's Tint Shop to get the windows, headlights, & taillights tinted & the employee cracked/fractured my taillight. It is not cracked all the way through, it looks like a fracture from the pressure of either the heat gun that was used or the employee pressing the tint too hard onto the light. There were 3 little bubbles in the tint on the far left taillight when we got it finished on 9/18, the employee Justin said bubbles would go away in a few days to a week. He said don't touch it & don't wash it for atleast 3 days. I didnt even drive it, It sat in my garage for a week. I noticed the bubbles were still there, so I called & scheduled an appointment with Sarah, the Front Office Manager for the following Saturday. There were 4 Saturday's in a row that it was raining & 1 Saturday I went out of town on vacation, so Sarah kept calling me to reschedule my appointment due to the weather because the rain would ruin the tint again. I said sure, no problem! We finally were able to go the day after Thanksgiving. The previous employee, Justin, was not in that day, so Roy was going to fix it. Roy took the tint off of the light & discovered it was fractured & thats why it was bubbling. I couldnt believe it!! He called Justin & told him it looked like Justin pressed too hard on the light & fractured it, Justin said ""No I didnt do it"". I asked to speak to the Owner Mike & all the employees claimed to not have his phone number, ya right! When they magically got ahold of Mike a week later, he had the manager tell me too much time had elasped between 9/18/10 - 11/25/10 for them to take responsibility to fix it. NO DUH IT WAS RAINING AND THE MANAGER KEPT TELLING ME NOT TO COME IN! DONT GO HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
