I had a bad experience with this store; I originally went in to pay a balance on my Mervyns card. I paid 300$ on the Mervyns card. That was the maximum amount I ever had on it. So I pay the money right out of my debit card on 02-13-08 and the money never got to the destination. So I go in to the store twice and the manager gives me a run around about how she can?t refund my money. So I call the company that deals with there Mervyns accounts and they give me the run around some more. I am still waiting for so one to do there job. To top it off the manager I talked to two twice got my name and home / cell phone number and still refuses to help me. Today is 04-03-08 ten more days and it will be 2 months that these people can?t tell me what happened to my three hundred dollars. What happened to customer services?
Cons: I never got my problem fixed, questions answered, or any bill paid, and I now have 300$ less. Today I will call the district manager.
