6 weeks 11/1/2011

Thru this 6 week process of getting my daughters MINI repaired I have dealt with the 2 most professional people that I have ever experienced. Roger and Marshall are top notch people who set and incredible standard for your company. They are the example of what true customer service is and what relationships with a customer means. Had I not had the pleasure of meeting these 2 gentalmen and dealing with them I would have gone away from this 6 week ordeal with out any tyoe of satisfaction or faith that there are still good people in the world. Roger and Marshall thank you from the bottom of all the Boss hearts. more

GREAT 10/26/2011

Crevier MINI really gave me top ten, 5 start service. From the excellent salesman to the very nice finance person, I was taken care of. The entire staff is always looking for your best interest. Most dealers aren’t as nice or looking for your best interest. Great dealer, great people, and great cars. more

Crevier MINI got me in and out within a reasonable time for my service. They are always taking care of my car and making sure everything looks ok, my belts, hoses ect… If you have a MINI and need any service this is the place to go to. more

Crevier MINI always keeps their customers up to date with all the new trends and events. Im always satisfied with them, and maybe that’s why I keep coming back. Unless an auto manufacture comes out with something remarkable at a great price I think im a MINI Cooper driver forever. more

Best Service Ever 10/3/2011

Crevier MINI had got the new 2012 minis in and I was super stoked to go see them. When I got there I took one for a drive and was in love right away. There was no question about it I was taking the car home tonight. They saw my anticipation so got me through the finance without any hick-ups and I was on my way. Best Service EVER!!! more

New MINI 9/8/2011

I was looking at the new MINI SUV on the internet. I looked all over the southern California area for what dealer had one so I could go look at one in person. The only dealer I found that had one was Crevier MINI. I went down to look at in and it was love at first sight. I took it for a test dirve and told the salesman I wasn’t ready to get it right now but I would be in about 6 weeks. I loved the ride and the dealership was very nice to me even knowing I wasn’t goin to buy. Also most places would of push the subject to purchse it but they didn’t. I respect them very much and will return when im ready. more

Spoiled her 8/25/2011

My wife has wanted a MINI for some time now. I really wasn’t fond of the car but she let me get a motorcycle a few years back so I guess it was time to spoil her. Our 30 year anniversary was coming up and I just knew this was the best gift. I went to Crevier MINI and was given so much info, it was overwhelming. I had no idea that the car was so advanced. Im glad to know that she will be in a well equipped car, with a high safety rating. To top it off they delivered it to our house on the morning of our anniversary. This place it top notch. more

Great Support 8/11/2011

I decided to go checkout mini on my lunch break. I was fascinated about the amount of fuel I would be able to save with the mileage difference from that car to mine. I went back to work and all day I couldn’t get it off my mind. After work I went back to find out more info. The sales staff made me very comfortable about all the info they were giving me and I gained a lot of knowledge from them. The fallowing day I went back and made my purchase. In just 3 weeks I have saved over $100 in gas and that is just the beginning. Thank you so much to the sales staff of Crevier MINI and all of there support. more

I got a New one 8/8/2011

I originally started looking for a used mini at many other dealers. I wanted a year or two old for myself and it looked like I had no luck with my search. I had a hunch to try Crevier MINI. Also no luck with a used one. My salesperson asked me how I feel about a lease. I said I never had one so he explained it to me. I was ok with the terms and we went for it. Im so happy I went to Crevier because instead of having a used car I have a NEW one. Thanks for all your help. more

I wanted to get my wife seat covers for her Cooper. I went down to the parts dept. at Crevier MINI and they were a great deal of help. They had a catalog of different patterns and colors. I was able to pick the color and pattern; also I was able to have her name embroidered in it. They were able to have it shipped directly to my home and it was the perfect birthday present. Cant pass it up 7/21/2011

I came to Crevier MINI for a look around. We wernt thinking of buying at that moment, but we were shopping around. We looked at a mini cooper S and it was so cute. I went for a drive in it and I just feel over heals for it. I wanted to play with the idea of knowing how much it was to purchase it and when the salesmen gave me the deal I just couldn’t pass it up. I now am part of the MINI family and I have Crevier to thank for it. more

Checkmate 7/14/2011

I went to Crevier MINI looking for a specific car. I told them my dream was to get the Checkmate Edition but they told me they are very rare and almost impossible to find. I told them to look around and keep me posted. Three weeks later they made the impossible happen. I just purchased my Cooper S Checkmate, from Crevier MINI. I must say they really do almost anything to keep a customer happy. When I did some research my car was transported almost 2500 miles to reach me. Thank You for all your help Crevier MINI. Im glad to be a part of the family. more

Good Guys 7/7/2011

My Cooper SES light came on while I was driving and it freaked me out. They had no notice and I drove right up to the service drive at Crevier MINI. I walked in and spoke to a service writer. Told him what was going on and he told me he would be right with me. He came out to test my car to make sure it was ok. A code was in there which was miner he told me. My car is still under warranty but they didn’t have any openings at that moment. He assured me that it was ok to drive it and made me an appointment for the fallowing morning. They got me in and out, and I feel so much better now.. Great Service Guy!!! more

Super Clean 4/25/2011

I originally came into mini looking for a used mini. From what I have read and all the research I have done they have great reviews and get great gas mileage. When I got there I was looking around and fell in love with the new mini. It has so much cargo room and is very spacious. I didn’t think I could get financed for a new one but I was already there and so excited I went for it. I knew it was a shot it in the dark but I had to try. They ran my credit and come to find out my predictions were correct. The numbers were off by about 10,000. The sales man said he would be right back and walked to his MGR. He comes back to me and told me that they were going to give me 2500 more on my trade in, drop the price of the new one 2500 and give me a NEW CAR REBATE. Now we were off only $2000. I came back the next day with the Cash. I am now driving my super clean new mini. Thank you so much to the sales team at Crevier Mini. more
