I am a carrier who has been transporting cars for auto relocation for approx. 3 years+. We always haul there cars from AZ-CA and never really have an issue. Apparently their customer changed there delivery method to wanting the drivers to wait until the cars were washed on site before delivery could be taken, which is not an issue, but is time consuming and we were not told about this prior to shipment. I felt that the broker should have informed us of this so we could have scheduled accordingly and not make other vehicles late in their timeframes. I called Ric at auto transport relocation who off the bat was rude and took over the conversation acting as if I was yelling and treating me like I damaged the unit and was just trying to dump it off to the customer which is not at all what was happening. I had just kindly asked him to consider in the future putting it in the note so carriers know what to expect as it causes a delay. He then started yelling at me saying he doesn't need to listen to a woman yap all day and told me to go F*** myself and pull the Shi* out my A**. I told him I would not tolerate this behavior and hung up. I left Michael the Owner a message and Ric called back telling me Michael didn't care and he would never call me back because hes out of town and could care less. \r
This company is very unprofessional and Ric needs to be replaced if this company wants to save its reputation, which will not happen as they are a FAMILY owned company and right after I emailed this review to them Victor (owner/co-founder) possible father of Ric called me and tried telling me I am a liar and that Ric never used fowl language to us which is ridiculous seeing that I used to haul a lot of cars for them and why would I want to ruin that relationship? Now I know where Ric gets his customer service skills from, I understand family will defend family, but this is ridiculous how they treat people is wrong and they shouldn't get away with it.
