In 2008 We were celebrating the birth of my son, and decided to go to HOT WOK to do so. I had family visiting from out of state, and out of country. One of my family members was in a wheelchair, and my son was an infant. We were regular customers at HOT WOK, and went there every Thursday for ""all you can eat"" sushi.. upon arriving we were told we could only get the all you can eat if our party sat at the bar, which was full.. Mind you we had an infant, and someone in a wheelchair.. So sitting at a bar wasnt as easy as it seemed...the OWNER didnt seem to care, so we took our business to Samurai on Florida and KIRBY, and spent about $600 as well as received a gift card for $20 for purchasing so much. about a week later I went in to discuss things with the owner, and he completely shunned me, telling me he didnt really care what I said, or thouht. Rules were rules.. no exceptions.\r
See, we didnt care so much about a discount, it was the principle of the matter. I havent been back since, and never will.
