I talked to corporate again, went back and the man still refused to refund. Even after he told the franchiser he would refund me. He left out the back door of the store. I waited for him. He did everything he could to treat me like a cheat and just wear me down. He got emotional and treated the transaction like it was personal. Update: I did finally get a refund. It took an act of congress though. Changing my review to positive.
